The controls control locking elements in time. The liquid active substance contains bacteriophages. The pump controlled on pressure is included in feeding line. In the wad or under the encapsulating top layer gauges for change of concentration of bacteriophages, pH and temperatures for adjustment of duration of influence are placed.
