PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for a vehicle and a mounting method of an interior member, capable of further facilitating work. SOLUTION: This clip 22 is composed of a clip body 23 and a clip cap 24 supporting the clip body 23 from the inside. Opposed walls 32a and 32b are arranged in the clip body 23, and holding holes 53 and 54 are formed on the opposed walls 32a and 32b. The clip cap 24 is formed with locking projections 60 and 61 engaged with the holding holes 53 and 54 and connecting the clip cap 24 and the clip body 23 in the axial direction. The clip cap 24 is half-inserted into the clip body 23, and is temporarily mounted by being connected in the axial direction. A load is applied to the clip cap 24, and the clip body 23 is pushed in and fixed to the vehicle body side.
