PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imperfect collating inspection device which reduces burden of finding out the cause of imperfect collating when it is discovered at a later date. SOLUTION: As a display picture showing the inspection result of imperfect collating, a picture in which a correlation value between an inspected image and a reference image is discriminated to which section where the correlation value is classified by colors for each prescribed area, the correlation value belongs, and the discrimination result is displayed by colors corresponding to the discrimination result, and a picture in which a prescribed number of sections to be inspected is set as one display unit and the pertinent display unit is colored in the color corresponding to the lowest discrimination result in the units, are used for display pictures besides the inspection picture.
