<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing load of a circuit indicating the change of the quantity of a current flowing through a motor coil. <P>SOLUTION: A motor driver circuit controlling the quantity of the current flowing through the motor coil has a comparison circuit outputting a comparison signal indicating the result of a comparison between the set quantity of the current and the quantity of the current on the basis of a set current signal input in response to the set quantity of the current and a current signal corresponding to the quantity of the current flowing through the motor coil. The motor driver circuit further has a current-control signal updating circuit gradually updating a current control signal controlling the quantity of the current flowing through the motor coil for gradually changing the quantity of the current flowing through the motor coil to the set quantity of the current on the basis of the comparison signal output from the comparison circuit and a driver circuit driving the motor coil on the basis of the current control signal output from the current-control signal updating circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
