PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment mixing device and process which allow shortening time for cleaning a device piping and decreasing consumption of a cleaning fluid even when different coloring is required after pigment coloring of a polyol composition. SOLUTION: The device includes a reservoir tank 1 for reserving the polyol composition, a pump 3 for sending out the polyol composition from the reservoir tank to a first path 21, a branch means for branching the sent-out polyol composition into the first path 21 and a second path 22 at a branch point 11, an infusion means for infusing the pigment sent out from a pigment tank 2 at an infusion point 12 arranged on the second path 22, and a converge means for converging the polyol composition flowing the first path 21 and a blend of the polyol composition flowing the second path 22 and the pigment infused at an infusion point 13.
