PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a packaging bag using an oriented film easy to unseal and hard to tear. SOLUTION: The packaging bag made of a vertically oriented tubular plastic film has strings of tearing perforations 9 and 9 formed in an approximate chevron shape from a lateral center position of a handle 4 toward both sides of shoulders 7 on top face regions 8 and 8 tilting symmetrically from the handle 4 formed by sealing an upper end opening toward the shoulders 7 of a package 1A.
