An advertisement sheet for preventing illegal advertisement from adhering and a method thereof are provided to improve advertizing effect with maintaining an existing function of an illegal advertisement adhesion preventive sheet. A light emitting diode(11a) is arranged in a mesh sheet(11). A power supply cable is wired for radiation of light emitting diode. Solid material(11b) is coated to fix the light emitting diode, arranged along an advertisement sentence and a draft, to the mesh sheet. A UV printing layer(12) is formed with hardening ink to thickness which blocks attaching an illegal advertisement. A thermoplastic urethane resin layer(13) is formed in order to prevent the discoloration of the UV printing layer. A dwelling seat member is formed by forming a complex silicon compound layer(14). |
