An ionizing device (2) is provided with an ionizing chamber (2a) having an ionizing space (2b) for ionizing a sample molecule (A); filaments (23a, 23b) for ionizing the sample molecule (A) by applying electron impact on the sample molecule (A) in the ionizing space (2b); and a discharge pipe (29) for ionizing the sample molecule (A) by irradiating the sample molecule (A) in the ionizing space (2b) with ultraviolet light.
