<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card with a display function capable of repetitively print recording continued information such as a ticket from a dedicated terminal, and usable as a contactless IC card. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card 1 having the display function includes a display unit 5 of writable and erasable memorable electronic paper and a contact terminal plate 4 on a card surface of wallet size formed in a thin plate shape of a uniform thickness. Inside the card base body 10, the IC card 1 includes an IC 2 for controlling to display the electronic paper and an electronic paper driver IC 3, thus forming a contactless IC card having the contactless IC circuits electrically separated from the display unit. While the contactless IC card is connected to a dedicated external reader/writer 20, a display data is obtained via the contact terminal plate 4. Also, information is recorded on an electronic paper display unit 5 by display drive power.
