The fuse box and their lay-out method are provided to improve the wiring area of the fuse box by using the extra fuse as the wiring connecting outputs between the divided fuse circuits. The fuse box(10) and their lay-out method for comprising the semiconductor repair apparatus includes the fuse portion which is divided into at least two and arranged. The fuse portion includes at least one extra fuse which is not used for repair action. The extra fuse is used as the wiring outputting the output signal of the fuse portion. The extra fuse used as the wiring is connected to the conductive line.
