PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone for preventing key lock from being set or released in an unintended state of an owner. SOLUTION: In the mobile phone provided with an operation inputting means 40 having operation keys and input keys, the mobile phone is provided with a touch switch 60 having a touch plane outside the mobile phone main body, and a key lock control part 35, wherein the key lock control part 35 controls the on and off of key lock setting for invalidating an input from the operation inputting means by a detection signal caused when the touch switch is operated. The touch switch 60 is composed of a first touch switch 61 and a second touch switch 62, and the key lock control part 35 may control the on and off of the key lock setting by the operating order of the first and the second touch switches 61 and 62.
