PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connectability evaluation system that makes it possible to conduct a connectability test with characteristics of media taken into consideration. SOLUTION: In a test mode where packet loss is simulated, a video signal or audio signal can be specified as a position where a packet of a test medium is dropped. When the video signal is specified, a header part or I frame part can be further specified. When the audio signal is specified, a sink frame or voiceless part can be further specified.
