CARRIER FOR ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHY AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for a two-component developer which allows output of images of stable image density over a prolonged period of time even in printing with low consumption; and also to provide an image forming method using the same. SOLUTION: Magnetic carrier particles are obtained by coating the surfaces of magnetic carrier core particles comprising at least a binder resin, magnetic particles and a high dielectric compound with a coating material, wherein (1) the magnetic carrier particles have a volume resistivity at 5×105V/m of 1×109-1×1016Ωcm and (2) the high dielectric compound has a relative dielectric constantεof≥80.
