<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive finder eyecup that can be easily attached/detached to/from an eyepiece frame of camera body or the like, and that does not detach inadvertently. <P>SOLUTION: When a photographer operates an operation part 8, in order to detach the eyecup from the eyepiece frame 2 formed on the camera body, an elastic part 7b is elastically deformed so that claw parts 7a of the eyecup claw 7 is turned in a direction of retreating from the step parts 2b of the eyepiece frame 2. Thus, the photographer can easily remove the eyecup. When are inadvertent force is applied to the eyecup in a direction to remove the eyecup from the eyepiece frame 2, in a period during which the photographer is not operating the operation part 8, the elastic part 7b is deformed elastically in a direction to urge the claw parts 7a of the eyecup claw 7 to fasten the step parts 2b of the eyecup frame 2.
