PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel temperature adjusting device capable of supplying fuel adjusted to various temperatures, in order to test a gasoline engine or diesel engine disposed inside an engine test chamber. SOLUTION: The fuel temperature adjusting device 1, the gasoline engine 2, and the like, are disposed in the engine testing chamber 100. The fuel temperature adjusting device 1 comprises a first circulation device 4, a second circulation device 5, a third circulation device 6, a heat exchanger 7, a heat exchanger 8 for cooling, and a controller 9. The second circulation device 5 has a second pressure-feed pump 14, an electric heater 21, and a temperature detection sensor 22. The third circulation device 6 has a main control valve 25. The controller 9, based on the temperature detected by the temperature detection sensor 22 and a preset target temperature of fuel, controls the electric heater 21 and the main control valve 25 and can supply heat exchange medium of a temperature which is substantially equal to the target temperature of the fuel to the heat exchanger 7.
