An airtight structure for utilizing sunlight effectively is provided to raise water temperature inside the structure by receiving the sunlight through a transparent wall and reflect the sunlight to water in the structure. An airtight structure for utilizing sunlight(11) effectively comprises a front wall, a rear wall(2), support members(3), packing materials, and frames(6). The front wall is made of a transparent film member(1) to let the sunlight pass through. The rear wall is made of reflective material to prevent the sunlight from going out of the structure and reflect into the inside. The support member is grooved such that the film member and the packing material are installed therein. The frames hold the film member not to be broken due to expansion and contraction of air inside the structure.
