A method of monitoring and control of operation of cyclone dust collectors includes a cycle of the control, which consists of successively carried out measurements of gas pressure at common inlet of dust collectors, determination on the basis of value of pressure at common inlet of dust collectors and on the basis of certified dependences of minimum and maximum values of gas flow through one dust collector, their memorization and determination of gas flow through one dust collector, switching on or switching off of dust collectors, delivery of messages on leaving of mode beyond of technological limitations, waiting of setting of steady-state operating conditions of dust collectors, determination of gas density under standard conditions. The measurement of temperature at common inlet of dust collectors and loss of pressure on the dust collectors is introduced into the control cycle. |
