PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographed image management system which manages an image which may be photographed and an image which is prohibited to be photographed and makes only a prescribed image browsed. SOLUTION: When a user holds up a portable terminal 10 to a prescribed part of a gate 20 on entrance, the gate 20 transmits an instruction for starting an exclusive program in the portable terminal 10 and a URL for image storage to the portable terminal 10. In the portable terminal 10, the exclusive program is started by the instruction received from the gate 20, a data path is switched, a photographic sound is substituted and the received URL is recorded. When photography is performed by a camera attached to the portable terminal 10 after entrance, a specific sound is emitted as the photographic sound and a photographed image is passed to a communication unit after being captured in a primary memory. The communication unit reads the recorded URL when the photographed image is received and transmits the photographed image together with a terminal ID to the URL. In an image storage server 50, the received photographed image is stored by being associated with the received terminal ID in a prescribed area of an image storage part 60 specified by the received URL.
