PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit rotary reels to be forcibly stopped when a front door is opened during the rotation of the rotary reels of a slot machine. SOLUTION: A game control device (200) is provided with a fraudulent operation determination means (560) to determine that a fraudulent operation is made if at least one of a plurality of reel motors (34 to 36) is driving when the front door (120) is opened by a signal from a door opening and closing detector (150) and a reel forcibly stopping means (590) to forcibly stop the driving of driving reel motors (34 to 36) on condition that the fraudulent operation determination means (560) determines that a fraudulent operation is made.
