The device comprises an electrode assembly that is engaged with a mailable base to receive one or more electrocardiogram (ECG) signals from the abdomen of a subject during the self-administered ECG examination. The device sent a feedback to the subject through display when the device is in use. A memory stores the ECG signals. The ECG signals are communicated to the ECG processing system.
