A object of the present invention is to enable a double-locking of female terminals without making a whole connector larger in size or complicating a structure thereof while maintaining fine waterproof function. A female connector C 1 includes a female housing 12 for retaining a female terminal 10 and a seal member holder 16 . The seal member holder 16 retains a seal member 14 having through holes 14 a. When the seal member holder 16 is completely attached to the female housing 12 , the seal member 14 comes in close contact with a front surface of the female housing 12 . In this state, a male terminal 20 of a male connector C 2 fits into the female terminal 10 so that a projecting portion 25 of the connector C 1 comes in close contact with an inner surface of the through hole 14 a to make terminals waterproof individually. Further, the seal member holder 16 is provided with a double-locking piece 16 f in, which pursues the double locking of the female terminal 10 in the female housing 12 at the time of the complete attachment.
