<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle abnormality warning device capable of improving work efficiency of maintenance for a communication apparatus requiring continuation of abnormality in communication for predetermined hours to warn a vehicle user or a section related to the communication apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In this on-vehicle abnormality warning device for lighting a warning lamp in a combination meter as the warning for letting the vehicle user know the abnormality in communication if the abnormality in radio communication between a transmission part incorporating a pneumatic pressure sensor of each wheel included in a tire pneumatic pressure detection system and a receiver on a vehicle main body side continues for the predetermined hours T2, whether the maintenance work such as replacement of a tire for a wheel on which the transmission part is arranged is performed or not is determined, and if it is determined that the maintenance work is performed, the warning lamp is lit as the warning for letting a maintenance worker know that the maintenance work is being performed.
