PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film which can be easily produced and has high productivity and an excellent production yield. SOLUTION: Contact portions 16, 17 are provided on an upper and a lower faces of each supporting body 14 which is cut out with a pair of slits 13, 13 from a sheet-shaped base material 12 made of a flexible insulation film. Further, a lot of conductive units 11 are provided in parallel by providing conductive films 15 each making independent conduction of only a pair of the contact portions 16, 17 provided on the upper and lower faces. A common conductive film 18 for making conduction with all the contact portions 16 positioned on a surface of the sheet-shaped base material 12 is formed on the surface and leg portions 19 higher than the contact portions 17 positioned on a rear face of the sheet-shaped base material 12 are provided.
