PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a semiconductor laser light source by detecting a supplying situation of laser beams from the semiconductor laser light source to a fluorescent substance. SOLUTION: In a CCU 5, a detection resistor 55 for detecting disconnection/shortcircuiting of a power supply line 101 is inserted to the power supply line 101. Then, detection potential at the detection resistor 55 is compared with two reference voltages 57a and 57b (input terminal B) by two comparators 56a and 56b (input terminal A), and a result of comparison is outputted to an LD control part 58 as a laser oscillation control means.
