摘要 A water quality telemetering system is provided to gather a sample water capable of guaranteeing reliability, control the total amount of contaminants in total by acquiring an accurate water quality state and remove foreign materials of a water inlet easily. A water quality telemetering system comprises: a water quality measuring machine(100) including a plurality of sensors detecting the water quality state; a flow meter(300) detecting flow amount of discharged water; a water gathering device(400) including a water gathering pump gathering the discharged water through a water-inlet pipe, a gathered water distribution pipe which is supplied the discharged water gathered by the water gathering pump and supplies a predetermined amount of the gathered discharged water to the water quality measuring machine to be used as a measurement water, a plurality of temporary water gathering cases which are respectively branch-connected from the gathered water distribution pipe to be supplied the gathered water(except the measurement water among the gathered discharged water) and discharges the gathered water, where the supply and the discharge of the gathered water are intermittently controlled, and a sample bottle mixing the gathered water of the temporary water gathering cases and storing the mixed water as a sample water; a material collection device(200) which converts a detected water quality state signal of the water quality measuring machine and a flow amount signal detected by the flow meter into digital data, calculates an average of the digital data using a predetermined period, stores the calculated average data, transmits the corresponding average material if a material is requested through a communication network(10), allows the temporary water gathering cases to be supplied gathered water at a regular time interval if at least one of the water quality state data exceeds a predetermined standard value and mixes the gathered water of the temporary water gathering cases and then stores it in the sample bottle; and a controlling server(500) which is connected to the material collection device to request and receive the average data and makes the received data into database, wherein the water gathering device further comprises a bypass pipe which is able to discharge a predetermined amount of discharged water of the gathered water distribution pipe from a timing when all of the temporary water gathering cases are filled to a timing when the gathered water of the cases is gathered into the sample bottle.
