PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an offset voltage which occurs in an amplifier at a real time and with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A calculation amplifier 21 inputs an input signal Sin inputted to an amplifier 15, amplifies the signal with a voltage amplifying rate G equal to a voltage amplifying rate of the amplifier 15, and generates a detection signal Sdet. A comparator 28 having a hysteresis voltage compares an output signal Samp outputted from the amplifier 15 by taking the detection signal Sdet as a criterion, and when the difference between both signals exceeds the hysteresis voltage, it is determined that an offset voltage occurs in the output signal Samp.
