PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a temperature of electric components by smoothly and effectively discharging exhaust heat to prevent temperature rise of a peripheral wall even when a heating cooker is placed in an occluded state. SOLUTION: A sealed space is formed by covering a back wall surface of a heating chamber with a back board 33, exhaust ports 42a, 42b, 42c are formed on the back board 33, the exhaust ports formed on the back board 33 are covered by a back board cover 46, an exhaust port 49 is formed at an upper side of the back board cover 46, an exhaust cover 51 is mounted to cover the exhaust port 49, a straightening plate is disposed on a discharge port of the exhaust cover 51, and the exhaust heat from the heating chamber 22 is temporarily discharged into the back board cover 46, then straightened in the front face direction by the exhaust cover 51, and discharged.
