PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit increase of man-hour necessary for establishing a constant used in control by reducing shock in recovery from fuel cut without executing control such as dropping engine output. SOLUTION: EUC executes a program including a step S130 establishing recovery rotation speed NT(0) with setting target idling speed and vehicle deceleration as parameters not to change from a driven condition to a driving condition in restart of fuel injection when fuel cut is being executed (Yes in S110), and a step S160 restarting fuel injection from an injector when turbine rotation speed NT is lower than the recovery rotation speed NT(0) (Yes in S150).
