A device for preventing rattle of a front panel on an automotive device and an automotive device having the same are provided to prevent rollers from bumping into guide rails by forming guide pieces adjacent to guide rails and installing rubber rings to the rollers. A device for preventing rattle of a front panel(25) on an automotive device comprises rollers(30), guide rails(27), and guide pieces(45). The rollers are each installed to the upper end portion at the lateral sides of the front panel. The rubber rings are installed around the outer surface of the rollers. The guide rails are vertically installed at two sides of a trim case(23) whose front side is closed by the front panel to guide the rollers. The guide pieces are separated from the end portion of the guide rails to guide the rubber rings.
