A data I/O control circuit is provided to perform high speed operation by improving precharge performance by applying a driving voltage for data transfer as a local input/output line precharge voltage by operating a write driver when a local input/output line reset signal is enabled. According to a data I/O control circuit performing data transfer between a global input/output line and a local input/output line, a judgment part(246) judges reset start time of the local input/output line. A driving part(242,248) provides a driving voltage for data transfer as a precharge voltage of the local input/output line, if the judgment part outputs a judgment signal corresponding to the reset start time.
