<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionic conductor of which the ion conductivity is improved compared to that of the ionic liquid alone, the swelling is suppressed when containing water, and the heat-resistance tends to be high as well as the manufacturing cost can be low, and also to provide an energy device such as a fuel cell in use of the same. <P>SOLUTION: In an ionic conductor which consists of an inorganic porous membrane 1, and electrolyte materials 2 each of which is held in each pore 1a of the inorganic porous membrane; the surface of a pore of the inorganic porous membrane is modified by a proton-donating functional group, for example, such as a sulfonic acid group, and then electrolyte material containing an cation and anion components such as an ionic liquid is impregnated into a pore of the inorganic porous membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
