<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily understand a work pace even while working, and also to inform a work pace according to a skill level of an operator. <P>SOLUTION: When an operator performs an assembly work of a product, document data showing work content, image data, and voice data are sent and received from a work instruction server 1 to a work terminal device 2, and a document or an image showing the work content is displayed on a display 21 of the work terminal device 2, or a voice showing the work content is reproduced from a speaker of the terminal device 2 of the operator. In this case, the document showing the work content is displayed at an appropriate timing, and an appropriate work time for the operator is spent to display and reproduce the image and the voice showing the content.
