CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF RAPID FILTER SYSTEM

A method for constructing perforated blocks in a rapid filter basin is provided to prevent mortar from being injected into the opening by installing a bar-shaped finishing material in an opening formed between an integral media support cap and the cut face of the finish block before finishing a cut face of a finish block with an end plate when constructing a hydro perforated block in the rapid filter basin. In a construction method of a hydro perforated block(110) formed by joining an inflow block, a standard block(113) and a finish block(115) in an underdrain system of a rapid filter basin, a method for constructing perforated blocks in the rapid filter basin comprises the steps of: cutting the finish block and an IMS(integral media support) cap according to the size of the filter basin; joining the IMS cap with an upper part of the cut finish block; installing a finishing material(140) in an opening(115b) formed between the IMS cap and a cut face of the finish block; and adhering an end plate(130) onto the cut face of the finish block to seal the cut face of the finish block.
