A gas turbine combined power generation system using, as a fuel, gas (c) generated by decomposition of gas hydrate (h), characterized by including pump (19) for circulating of condensate (n) produced by condenser (10) to the vapor inlet side of the condenser; heat exchanger (11) for exchanging of heat between the circulating condensate (r) and circulating water (i) supplied to decompose the gas hydrate (h); and pump (26) for circulating of the circulating water to decomposition tank (32) for the gas hydrate (h).
