PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera capable of informing a person who is an object of a photographing range and photographing timing. SOLUTION: A speaker is controlled by a speaker control part so as to issue notice sound which can be caught within a range nearly the same as the photographing range. When a shutter button is operated in a self-timer photographing mode, the speaker control part allows the speaker to issue the notice sound in a fixed cycle until photographing is performed, and allows it to issue notice sound showing the performance of photographing when photographing is performed.
