<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange communication parameters speedily among a plurality of pieces of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A master 301 generates a session key. A public key is received from slaves 302, 303. The session key is encrypted by the public key for transmitting to the slaves 302, 303. Data are encrypted with the encrypted session key for transmitting to the slaves 302, 303. The slaves 302, 303 transmit the public key to master equipment. The session key encrypted by the public key is received for decoding.
