PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keratotic plug remover needless of coating water when in use, easy to apply, rapid in dry out, and having good keratotic removing capability. SOLUTION: The emulsion type keratotic plug remover comprises a polymer emulsion containing a hydrophilic polymeric compound having a salt generating group and a hydrophobic polymeric compound. A method of producing the same is also provided. A method of removing keratotic plugs comprises coating the emulsion type keratotic remover over the part of the keratotic plugs, drying and thereafter peeling. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
