PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a profitable porous rubber material for stamp in manufacturing, in which open-cell property can be improved under the condition that cell uniformity is kept unchanged. SOLUTION: A masterbatch is prepared by kneading a raw softened rubber, which is obtained by volatilizing to remove a volatile solvent from a paste-like material prepared by adding the volatile solvent to a raw rubber, fine water-soluble powder, a vulcanizing agent, a bulking agent and, if necessary, an additive or the like. The porous rubber material for stamp with open-cell is constituted by removing the fine water-soluble powder after the vulcanization of the masterbatch. In addition, in this porous rubber material for stamp, the component content ratio of the raw softened rubber obtained by volatilizing to remove the volatile solvent is that raw rubber:volatile solvent=100:0.1-50.
