PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide non-magnetic toner capable of obtaining an image of higher image quality by controlling the mean circularity of toner on rough particle side in the conventional toner, and then, improving the electrification of a toner particle at developing. SOLUTION: Regarding the non-magnetic toner including the toner particle obtained by forming an aggregated particle containing at least a resin particulate and a colorant particle in mixed liquid containing at least the resin particulate and colorant particulate, the peak molecular weight of the binding resin contained in the toner particle is≤50000, and regarding the number reference particle diameter of the toner particle measured by a flow system particle image measuring apparatus, provided that the mean circularity of the particle group of 10 to 90% particle diameter is expressed by R1, and the mean circularity of the particle group of≥90% particle diameter is expressed by R2, the relational expressions of 0.950≤R1≤0.965 and 0.970≤R2≤0.990 are satisfied.
