The exhauster has an air duct (2), which comprises air guiding units (3.1-3.2) at an flow outlet side for adjusting the angle of deviations (alpha1, alpha2) of the exhauster . The air guiding units are asynchronously movable from section to section and are designed as adjustable lamellae (L1-L6) and/or rods. The air guiding units are synchronously movable for adjusting one of the angle of deviations (alpha1) from an initial position that runs parallel to an air flow direction to a predetermined end position, where the angle of deviation (alpha1) ranges from zero to forty degree. An independent claim is also included for a ventilation system for a vehicle.
