A mobile communication terminal capable of changing a keypad color and a keypad color changing method through the terminal are provided to install a keypad color changing program capable of changing a color of a keypad after measuring a user's body temperature, thereby changing the keypad color according to the user's body temperature. It is decided whether a temperature detection sensor is operated(ST-2,ST-4). If so, a keypad LED(Light Emitting Diode) corresponding to a range of the sensed temperature is matched(ST-6). A driving signal is generated from the LED set by the matched temperature(ST-8,ST-10).
