PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing material for a frame type kitchen, which facilitates measurement work of a mounting location of a leg frame of the frame type kitchen in the construction field, by making effective use of the packing material without using a conventional ruler. SOLUTION: The frame type kitchen 1 is composed of: a counter frame 3 arranged above a storage space 2; horizontal frames 4 arranged on a lower surface of the counter frame 3 in a depth direction A and a lateral direction B; leg frames 5 arranged in the storage space 2 in a height direction C; and mounting means 7 for mounting an upper end of each leg frame 5 at a desired location in a mounting groove 6 formed in the horizontal frame 4 in a longitudinal direction E. The packing material for covering and protecting the frame type kitchen 1 is formed of a protective sheet which is peelably bonded to an external surface of each of the frames 3 to 5 in a manner avoiding the mounting groove 6 formed in the horizontal frame 4. Then the protective sheet has marks calibrated thereon in the vicinity of each mounting groove, along the longitudinal direction of the horizontal frame 4, for positioning the leg frame 5.
