PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of a vehicle capable of improving assembling work efficiency by preventing moving of a deck to the front of the vehicle by a simple structure without using special parts when receiving shock loads from the rear side of the vehicle toward the front and utilizing a flange part of a deck mount bracket for positioning when mounting the deck. SOLUTION: This vehicle 1 for freight transportation is provided with the deck 3 for loading cargoes. In this frame structure of the vehicle 1, a deck floor panel 4 fixed with a deck cross member 5 on a lower surface 4a is mounted and fixed on a frame 6 extending along the vehicle longitudinal direction. In this case, the deck mount bracket 7 mounted at a rear end of the frame 6 is provided. In the deck mount bracket 7, a substantially horizontal deck mounting surface part 13 mounted with the deck cross member 5 on an upper surface is formed. On the vehicle front side of the deck mounting surface part 13, a front flange part 15 bending and extending to an upper side from the deck mounting surface part 13 is formed.
