PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling distribution of a driving power in a vehicle, which device can resolve troubles for a driving power transmitting mechanism and a driving power distributing device. SOLUTION: The device for controlling distribution of the driving power in the vehicle comprises a car speed detecting means, a rotational speed detecting means for calculating the momentary rotational speed and the average rotational speed of respective wheels, a momentary rotational speed difference calculating means for calculating the momentary rotational speed difference of main/sub driving wheels from the momentary rotational speed, an average rotational speed difference calculating means for calculating the average rotational speed difference of the main/sub driving wheels from the average rotational speed, a rotational speed difference calculating means for calculating the rotational speed difference of the main/sub driving wheels from the momentary/average rotational speed difference calculating means, a transmission torque calculating means for calculating the transmission torque to be applied to the sub driving wheels using the rotational speed difference, a driving current calculating means for calculating the driving current for driving the driving power distributing device according to the transmission torque, and a weight setting means for setting a weight to the momentary rotational speed difference calculating means in the rotational speed difference calculating means according to the vehicle speed.
