PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner mechanism capable of exactly removing a remaining medicine on a annular distribution tray and mounted to a medicine distributor having the annular distribution tray, a medicine distributor equipped with it, and a control method of the medicine distributor. SOLUTION: The cleaner mechanism has a standard cleaning mode in which a suction mechanism 47 and a cleaner drive mechanism 48 are operated by rotating the annular distribution tray 10 in one direction around a rotary shaft in a state that a housing 41 of the cleaner mechanism 40 is located at a suction position, and a reversal rotation cleaning mode in which the suction mechanism 47 and the cleaner drive mechanism 48 are operated by rotating the annular distribution tray 10 in the reversal rotation direction opposite to the normal rotation direction in a state that the housing 41 is located at the suction position.
