PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an originally defective liquid crystal display panel or an originally defective liquid crystal display module not pass through panel lighting inspection and module lighting inspection as a non-defective item and not migrate to a subsequent manufacturing step and to a subsequent distribution route. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display panel equipped with a plurality of thin film transistors is formed. Next, a voltage corresponding to 70-100% of a withstanding pressure of the thin film transistors is applied to the thin film transistors of the liquid crystal display panel. Subsequently the defective liquid crystal display panel is detected by conducting lighting inspection to the liquid crystal display panel, the defective one is removed, and the liquid crystal display module is formed by mounting a driving IC on the non-defective liquid crystal display panel.
