<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiogram data compressing method for compressing electrocardiogram data by processing data in response to the appearance frequency of each kind of data so as to select the minimally required amount of data, dividing biological information data of the electrocardiogram data, etc., by wavelet conversion, deleting data which is not required as the biological information and data which gives no influence on the characteristic of the biological information, multiplexing the transmittable electrocardiogram data by compressing the data, appropriately and efficiently compressing the electrocardiogram data, electrocardiogram telemeter apparstus , and enlarging telemeter ability. <P>SOLUTION: The electrocardiogram data is compressed by the wavelet conversion, Huffman coding, or arithmetic coding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
