PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perusing device for a plurality of moving images which can reproduce a plurality of video files without increasing the processing load of a reproducing terminal, transmit video even in a limited network band to peruse the video and peruse, retrieve and reproduce a video scene included in the video with respect to video files stored in a storage device and video files in a server connected to a network, and to provide a distributing device. SOLUTION: A video description file processing part 14 reads a video description file of a video group designated by a controlling part 10. A real video reproducing part 12 and a representative video reproducing part 13 reproduce a first real video file and a second representative video file, respectively, designated by video information described in the video description file. A displaying part 17 displays the reproduced first real video and second representative video. |
