A method for managing forms is provided to prevent ID data of a form provider from being exposed and easily track the form provider by inserting ID data of the form provider into image contents of the form and storing the image contents including the ID data in case that a security holder generates, transfers and/or exercises a right of the securities, or the form provider provides the form to a banking institution. When the form is received from the form provider, a terminal extracts the image contents by scanning the received form(305). The terminal reads ID information from an ID tool of the form provider(335). The terminal inserts ID data of the form provider into the image contents(360). The terminal transmits the image contents including the ID data of the form provider to a server on the network. The server receives the image contents including the ID data from the terminal. The server stores the image contents including the ID data to a storage medium(365). |
