A manufacturable and inspectable micro circuit cooling for a blade is provided to easily manufacture an improved and complex cooling micro circuit with superior accessibility, excellent inspectability, and improved casting yields. A method for manufacturing a turbine engine component comprises a first step of forming a first half portion(12) of an air foil portion(10) of the turbine engine component; and a second step of forming a plurality of cooling micro circuits having at least one passageway on an exposed internal wall surface(20) of the first half portion of the air foil portion. In the second step, the cooling micro circuits are formed by casting a plurality of elements forming at least one passageway. |
